At Trainer Trinketz, every item is handmade with care. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final, but we’re happy to assist if something goes wrong with your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged:
• Contact us at support@trainertrinketz.com within 5 days of delivery
• Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging
If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and item availability.
We Do Not Accept Returns or Refund Requests For:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
• Minor variations in color, shape, or size due to the handmade nature of our products
Cancellations
Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet begun the production process. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
Lost Packages
